i accept every comment and i know too that this is a foolish topic but my main point is what should we , our government or PTA can do to stop this.. we cant keep guns with us in KArachi or even if we did keep it then it needs a lion heart to shoot someone neither we fight over a snatching coz its not worth it nor its worth blocking it with IMEI or any code coz CPLC are not trusted as i have seen and lost a bet for reactivating a mobile again which was blocked by CPLC... or we should fold our tails in keep those guys snatch our precious mobiles that we bought by saving our money... no ban on DOUBLE SAWARI has controlled any crime rate......cmon people it time to wake up and do something ( burning the culprits is the best way) sorry

i think all mobiles are self destructable. That's why manufacturer associate warranty with it.

Consider it destroyed after that .

waisay idea isn't bad, manufacturer can offer more security to prevent mobile theft. In our country all aren't much education / informed about IMEI etc. Therefore, some additional security mechanism to keep it away from illegal use / theft wouldn't be a bad idea.

but ppl DONT TRY to catch a thief in karachi. B-)

1- DELETER Your DATA
2- SET CALL DIVERSION
3- Get Location info

(the tracker automatically starts working if anyone puts other sim, and it secretly starts sending SMS to max 3 persons about LOST phone)
i hope now SELF DISTRUCT FEATURE will be replaced by this tracker

bros every mobile in pakistan that is blocked by the cplc can be reactivated thru them so ders no security of any sort

its also very frequent in other countries but they have overcome this by introducing some ground breaking techniques but we ....... sorry to say all these pta cplc and the mobile sellers are the biggest partners of these snatchers

recently a friend of mine was brutally stabbed by the dagger 6 inches deep in sindhi muslim socieyt during daytime.... n geuss who s snatching some 15 year old chilkay larkay wat will u do for that ...
