Self Importing Aqua L or S

Assalamualaikum
Can any experienced person walk me through the steps involved in importing an Aqua ? I have an uncle in Japan who is willing to get one from an auction. What will be the steps involved regarding Customs, Duties, Port and freight charges.
Not willing to buy accidental vehicle from a dealer
I am looking for a low mileage S or L trim with minimum goodies to fit a budget of 1.9 million PKR.

Forget the L grade. These are generally rental cars in Japan.

Go for S trim.

You will not get a low milage graded car in 1.9M Rs.

For the type of car you desire Your budget should be 2.1 to 2.2M Rs.
