From where I can get the self start kit for cd 70 Honda as many companies like union star crown and Ghani are using this system in 70cc bikes so can this system install in Honda cd 70 and from where I can buy it reply plz

seperate self start cannot be installed in a non-self start bike but you can swap its engine to use this facility. @vickytulla has 100 and 150cc self start engine for CD70. you may contact him for more guidance.

The self start engine is different in build and form factor even though it looks similar... but making a cd70 a self start is cheap one can get that done in ~10~12k these days..

Yes such engines do exist.and it's insane to alter engine for self start as mentioned by @vickytulla
Best cheap safe reliable least costly method is to swap engine.
