AOA All,
can any body tell me from where new
a) vaccum pods can be bought in rwp /isb. i have problematic pods. 1 with distributor, 2nd one smallest one, may be responsible for choke.
b) Dashboard top. not complete DB. only top. i have heared that its available but have to find.

How to check the flow. or make sure that it does not get air locked. I bought a new thermostat and plan to install it my self. I am sure my mechanic has thrown it out.

Always make sure that by boiling water that they open at 82C-88C and then also close after being cooled down.

I got multiple used valves for my cousin car and many of the faulty ones were hammered close. They are closed, open at 82C and then they never close back once cooled.

This is going to be difficult.

Easy solution is to block all vacuum pipes, until you figure out correct setup.

This is driving side chasis view from engine room, you can see that it tear from bottom to top. It is welded from bottom now from where it starts. Please can someone suggest me is it completely repairable? Or what can be the promblem can be faced if I keep using it in this condition.

need repair ....or it will increase as you drive car n hit bumps .......n even mechanical parts will be damaged as well

This is repairable many mehran's suffer from same problem. Just try to get it done correctly.
Put the car on 4 jack stands equally on body lifting point's and then get it welded.. As rozzzzz said it could cause some mechanical problems if not repaired soon.

Remove the components/parts if they are coming in the way and weld it properly. Don't go for small welds just to hide the crack.

Get it repaired before it spreads and dont let denter use torch on it use electric welding

I am going to buy new tyres, availabe brands and sizes are:

Bridgestone B70 165/70/12 Indonesia
Hankook ME04 165/70/12 China and Korea
Yokohama S707 165/70/12 Indonesia
Dunlop SP490 165/70/12 China and Indonesia

Which of them are most reliable and have long life? Is made by Japan also available?

I have used Bridgestone and Dunlop from the listed tyres from these two i can comfortably say that Dunlop is better Bridgestone B70 is a hard tyre.
A fellow pakwheeler @speedster_101 had not so good experience with Yokohama S-707 their side wall is very fragile not good for our road conditions.
Try finding Dunlop SP Touring T1 (Indonesia) it is newer series than SP490.
They are also available in 165/70-R12 i am using them and they are ok not too hard not too soft with reasonable road grip.. Good for Pakistani road's.
Also if you are able to find Sonar SX-608 (Taiwan) they are good tyres i have used them previously and they worked great. Speedster_101 has these Sonar tyres ATM on his car.

In 12 inch size we don't have much options. Now even these 660cc cars are coming with 13 and 14 inch tyres, so the tyre manufacturing companies aren't much interested in 12 inch tyres. Most of the shops have Chinese tyres in 12 inch size.

Bridgestone B70 is a hard tyre. I have used it in the past. Hard tyre has two issues. Bumpy ride and skidding.

Hankook Optimo ME04 is a soft tyre. I haven't used it but I used Hankook Radial H706 (Korean). It was a good tyre but isn't coming anymore.

Yokohama S707 is too soft. I used the Japanese ones not too long ago. They had good grip and comfortable drive but they are not fit for our roads. Two of my tyres developed sidewall bubbles within six months and I had to let them go.

Never used Dunlop SP490. I think its quite old model. Dunlop Touring R1 are new tyres and they are getting positive feedback. But then again they are available in 13 inches.

I am using Sonax Primax SX608 tyres in my Khyber and they are not too soft not hard, very quiet. I am satisfied with them. TyreReviews UK has the following review for these tyres.

I have khyber 94 in good condition engine is water dropping ac and heater is in working condition i am getting in city 130 km per cylender filled 800 rs now a days and petrol 10 km per liter and on long petrol 13 and cng 160 is this average ok ?

On petrol it's just ok as you are using CNG along with that. That affects the mileage on petrol due to some tuneup issues.
But CNG(don't know much about it because i have never used CNG) mileage seems low to me normally people claim like 160 per cylinder in city and 200 or 200+ on Highway..

My Khyber is doing 200+ Km per cylinder (50L) in city these days as A/C is not being used.
There is a CNG workshop, Sarfraz CNG, its opposite Rawal hospital on Tramri road near Khanna Pul.

Since 2 to 3 months I am facing an issue in my khyber 1995, while accelerating the car jerks on petrol only, and sometimes it stops I consult my mechanic but unfortunately he is unable to found actual problem if any one knows best and experience mechanic in Karachi kindly give me the details / contact number.
