I hope it is fog, see in day light if it is transparent white and disappeared in seconds then it is fog or steam. And if it is blue and take longer to disappeared then it could be smoke and you can smell it.

Yes it can be removed in Khyber without removing dashboard. If it's in stock factory box.

Yes its in stock factory box, but while removing I am stuck taking it out. All necessary screw were removed but there is no space between box and the dashboard drawer. It needs to be pull back 2 - 3 inches because of inlet and out let pipes from engine room, and then it will be down.

So how can it be removed without removing dashboard? Can anybody help in this regard?

I have removed that evaporator box in my car once myself.
First i removed the blower motor along it's case it is held by 3 screws.
Then opened the refrigerant pipes of the evaporator.
Evaporator box is held on by just 2 screws and after opening those it came out pretty easily with some squeezing without messing up with dashboard.
Just the control unit for A/C on evaporator box needs to be removed before pulling the evaporator box out.

Can you guys please guide me which brand makes good quality following parts
1. cv joints (godday)
2. ball joints
3. tie rod ends
4. control arm bushes and
5. end links connected to anti roll bar
I have to change all of these. My previous experience with the Chinese cv joints was not good as they lasted for only a year or so and then i shifted to local made in G10 islamabad but they started knocking even earlier. Please reply asap bcz i have to get this work done on monday. Thanks.

If you can spend a healthy amount then go for following.
1: NKN Japanese C.V joints.
2: Ball joints in Khyber are only available as a complete lower control arm go for three five (555) brand.
3: Tie rod ends also from three five (555).
4: Control arm comes with bushings pre installed.
5: There are no end link's in Khyber. The anti roll bar goes through the lower control arm's and there rubber bushes are used buy any good quality bushes for that.

Thanks for such a quick response. I don't know the prices of these parts but if these are too expensive for my liking then would you recommend the second best option for all of these parts?

C.V joints would be about 5000-5500/-RS.
Lower control arm's 4000-4500/-RS.
Tie rod ends 500-550/-RS.
Anti roll bar bushes 200-250/-RS.

For Chinese/local part's it would be like.
C.V joints 1200-3000/-RS.
Lower control arm's 1250-2000/-RS.
Tie rod ends 400-450/-RS.

These are not exact rates these may vary even more..

1. Sherry CVJ Rs. 2500/-. Inspect the axle boots on weekly basis and replace boot with fresh CVJ grease as soon as you see the boot tearing or already torn. If you follow that, you will not need CVJ for the next two three years. CVJ fails if you keep driving with torn boots. Boots on Khyber usually last 6-12 months, depending on driving conditions.
2. Platinum Rs. 1400/- pair.
3. Platinum Rs. 550/- pair.
4. Normal bushes Rs. 100-200/- per bush. Softer bushes better.
5. Normal bushes Rs. 100-200/- per bush. Softer bushes better.

The above brands are best in least price.

I'm going to visit gawalmandi and sadar tomorrow and will update about these parts their prices and the Japanese alternatives which were mentioned by hassantahir. I also have to find the front left parking light cover by "Koito", i already have purchased the right side one from pk auto sultan ka khoo. And I have to find meter green lights with rubber coating bcz the green rubber coating on the bulbs in my meter are torn. There is a juggar in my meter by the mechanic who fitted four more white bulbs in the meter which i will be replacing with green bulbs bcz i like the genuine look of the khyber meter. Will upload the pictures tomorrow. I'm also going to upgrade the tail lights as mentioned by @Xulfiqar in other forums, and many more upgrades in the next week or so Inshallah.

I made a blunder today. I opened the meter of my car and then also opened the cover of heat gauge too bcz of which all of the heat showing spring and all the system was dismantled and there was no way i was able to put that gauge parts back into their location. Took that meter to sultan ka khoo and the meter mechanic told me it cant be repaired but he will have to change the heat showing guage with some other gauge. He didn't have the khyber gauge so he put some japanese car's heat guage and now when i earth the wire to check it the heat gauge goes way beyond "H" mark. Should i be worried or is that ok? He didn't change the needle but just change the inner heat machinery. I am worried now bcz the genuine khyber meter costs rs.6000. And that's damn expensive.
