Aoa, m from taxla side n HV a 98 model Khyber , HV 2 issues with it , so plz do favor that wts the problem n wt should I do.
1, my ride hiking on CNG but fine on petrol , on CNG its very difficult to run , pickup issue with missing/hiking (jhatky ly ly k ) even pressing the xcelrator padl. I try to set it from 2, 3 CNG technicians but no result .
2, suffering brake issue , some time brake padle by pressing it goes to the front floor body without controling brake , sometime I HV to make double paddl for brake bcz its missing brake pressure , I try to set it twice from mechanic but still not satisfy, recently one mechenic bleeds bcz he thought that may be some air in there, after this brakes made better but after one day use it again in loose, n more when I revers the car I notice a sound of mattles ( kharr kharr ) from wheels , so plz asses these issues bcz I don't understand much about cars problems

brother gabrial came orignal in your car and they are good and serve just fine. you can stick with gabriel.

otherwise you just need to visit wasim autos in saddar, they mostly have everything related to suzuki including emblems.

there are other suzuki dealers in saddar too so you can visit them and see for kyb too if you feel like.

Few days ago, my Electronic fuel pump went out of order so I went to mechanic for replacing fuel pump. On suggestions of pakwheelers here as well as got tired of noise Duug Duug of e-fuel pump so bought new mechanical fuel pump & gave to mechanic.

When mechanic opened old fuel pump (in front of me), he said Connecting Lever is not present in the old one. I went to spare parts shop & asked, he said that part does not comes in new so replaced mechanical with electronic one.

But as this electronic has no provision of Fuel return line so i am thinking of making mechanical fuel pump also operational, I have a plan to keep both pumps operational in parallel.

My question is that what that connecting lever & lever rod is called & from where can i find? If not found, can i use any other similar rod which might come in Mehran or old alto models? Please guide m.

During tuning, my mechanic changed to Iridium spark plugs of temperature grade (Heat Range) 5 with new Ultima 8 mm wires.

After 2-3 days, my petrol/cng cut-off switch blown up, when cng guy came, he told that it happened due to wrong spark plug (BPR5xxx) as grade 5(Heat range of 5) is considered too hot so better use, relatively colder plug than it as prescribed in user manual. So he returned my old plugs and put these spark plugs:

When i checked manual, heat range of 6 was recommended so can any body confirm, my mechanic is telling me right not to use hotter spark plug

What benefit will i get using colder spark plug?

does any one knows any good electrician (not juggari) for Khyber at township or johar town area who knows well to connect the connections (pipes) of Ac idle and Electric idle load solenoid properly
both are available in my Khyber and were working before a Carb tunning,seems like the mechanic messed with those pipes.
if any body have a picture of both of them in their Khyber, where they connected properly

that guy was speaking garbage.

the spark plugs have nothing to do with the cng switch going bad.

the most they can do is cause some knocking (that too unlikely)

I also taught same way that there might be another reason. Coincidentally, he found 1 parameter out of spec. that wrong Heat range spark plugs were used so he put all Blaim over it.

Coincidentally, after that no such problems came so in follow-up visit he became more sure that Dekha Sir G, 1 h ghalat heat range ne kitna nuqsan kar diya ap ka.

BTW the thing that burnt was not cng switch but the Petrol cutout switch which is installed in line of petrol before going to fuel pump.

that was most probably a short or just end of life for the part.

spark plug has nothing to do with it. the one he has installed is also no good, BP6ES / BP6EY are the perfect ones to get. or denso w20ex-u
