Yes Thanks for close look. You are right, that marked area was treated by denter at that time otherwise it was not easy to close axle back.
300 charges mentioned above are of that work by Denter.

The area marked should have been MiG welded! but something is better than nothing! Always have the car washed after rains.. The mud basically easts the car.

What is the situation of the Engine Crossmember now! How was that issue resolved?

I know SK engineering! Have had some work done by them some 10 years ago probably more. Rates were reasonable then too.

Yes, thanks for the suggestion. You are right; It seems necessary to get service/thorough wash after rain.

Car is now in moving position and thus i have brought to office too.

I will again give car today or tomorrow for the remaining works like changing Gadri and floor and repairing with patches in other rusty areas.

For the time being, Arif Uncle at S.K Engineering has put some extra customized metal washer which he will remove when i will complete denter's work otherwise that axle inner star will break again as per his experience.

Do you have the piece that was cut out of it? If so you can try having it welded. Btw, complete air filter housing assemblies are available in the market. You can opt to change it with a brand new one too.

Nice! That's definitely a useful find thanks for sharing it. But i must add, this is actually for cultus (SF310/SF413), Khyber is (SA310/SA413). Nevertheless it does have overlapping useful information in it!

I am trying to find this but till now, no luck. The only place is plaza for new one as suggested by auto parts dealers nearby.

But its condition is not bad and the original rubber seal on the upper lid also there which is rearly present. I am trying to fix it today.

Ofcourse O ring type rubber seal is there. I don't want any air leaks thats why I fix it.

My cars driving side wheel got stuck after driving 2 to 3 kms, so I opened it and lubricate calliper pins with some oil. On that occation it works but after 3 or 4 days its happens again. What can be the issue? Is the calliper piston is a real culprit, Can I serviced that too?

Another issue is with the carburetor. Few days ago I gave it to carburetor guy, he serviced it and install new plunger piston. Now when I start my car after 6 or 12 hours it requires choke. Carburetor guy said due to long use on CNG the metal ball inside somewhere in accelerator pump is stuck and you need to replace the whole carburetor

He also told me to put some oil with petrol, according to him the metal ball maybe free after some running, and there is no other option.

Is there any way to repair it?

Have you checked wheel bearing?
Change your Carburetor guy and find some sensible one

And yes i checked wheel bearing and its perfect, last night I was not far away from my home when it happened, some how I return to my home and parked the car. I touched the rim and its hot I tried to push my car but driving side wheel is stuck. I left as it is for 40-45 min, and It free again like nothing happened.
