For Issues 1 to 4, you have to immediately change pcv valve and get your engine fully serviced from top as well as from bottom and under carriage side then get proper engine flush with only proper designated Flush oil instead of making it customized or localized one.
After it, you will get clear picture which seals are damaged and other components of Engine to be replaced
For dancing speed needle issue, check both speedometer as well as speed cable, anyone of it is faulty. If you are in Khi, then go to Electrician Maani.
For other Electrical issues like high beam etc. It seems that your wiring is badly messed up. Get it sorted.
In my opinion, you have to make whole new wiring from zero so even if you find wiring diagram, either instruct Maani to do wiring as per diagram or make him do wiring then draw it's diagram accordingly by yourself.
Which is alternative fuel source in your Khyber? LPG or CNG? For LPG ignition timing, it should be centrifugal more advanced at low rpm so you have to keep 10 degree advanced than petrol but also requires 5 degree retard on high rpm than petrol plus also increase spark plugs gap to cater it so best way is to use LPG CNG Timing ignition device which will handle itself automatically.
Like lines randomly appears specially where there is little fog and mist appears in early morning in Karachi climate.
