That looks like a Universal Fit condenser in the pictures - It should be installed with both pipes to the Right side of the car and adding a long tube extension towards the left - the main condenser fan is on the right, the condenser has maximum air flow on that side. I would also buy long strips of angled rubber and install it such that it seals off the condenser sides to the radiator - so when the radiator fan runs it sucks air through the condenser first.

Ok now I am confused.

1. By right side of the car means these pipes should be on the compressor side and not the radiator side?
2. The discharge pipe from the compressor goes in the straight one or bent one?
3. The other pipe (?) goes to the drier/receiver
4. The fan should be on the pipes side of condenser?

5. what should be the position of the condenser with reference to the pipes i mean bent pipe opening facing up or down?

6. one pipe is of bigger diameter than the other which one goes where?

I understand the sealing part coz the condenser will cover more than half of the radiator so by sealing the gap we can channel the air through the condenser utilizing the radiator fan in displacing condenser heat.

i have this electrical problem..if u cud help me here again
prob is with central locking..
locks dotnt LOCK wen i use remote or car lock of driver side...so i have to do seperately all locks..but all lock open up normally..
mean lock band nae hoty na remote sy n na he driver side sy but open ho jaty hain both from remote n driver side...ive checked wiring of driver side lock,its all good..any ideas???

My guess would be that your security module is not giving out the signal to lock up the doors. Its not a wiring problem.

about AC..atleast for now its workin good...i put it to level 2 on blower n iit works good enuff to keep inside cooler than outside.
i m planning to get ac pipes covered..like some thing tht can keep it guarded againnst engine bay heat?
any ideas?
im thinkin to get it foam quoted with aluminum coil n then with plastic cover,...plastic pipes tht r used to cover wiring...is it good ?

also ijaz bhai how wud u do the sealing???i mean how wud u make radiator fan get air thru condenser???
my condenser is half infront of radiator,so only half condenser gets air wen radiator fan kicks in..so it means condenser is already gettin air wen radiator fan get air????

yes - the pipes should be on the engine side of the car, the discharge pipe should go to the wider pipe fitting and the other pipe should go to the drier, The drier is on the left side of the car usually hence you would need to make a thin long metal pipe that goes from the condenser to the drier. The fan should be in original place (compressor side). The condenser should be mounted in a way that the discharge pipe from the compressor has an easy and clean fit to it.

Your preferred A/C mechanic should have a selection of bends and angled joints to correctly shape the discharge pipe - and you should also do your bit - buy a length of metallic spiral pipe - to shroud it against heat. And have a panel beater make a nice cover for the exhaust manifold too (if missing)

BTW my temp needle even with AC stays in middle...so it means pressure isnt much on head..
BTW how to check upper side n lower side pressure?
wen the gauge instrument was intact with my car (during chargin of gas)the needle was showin 45..n wen car was revved,it goes down to 20 or something...is it good or wat?

Gas is charged & monitored through the low pressure (Suction port) port. Gauge showing 45 psi on idle shows correct charge.
I dont clearly recall the optimal head pressure range, i think it is around 150-200 psi. Not sure again.

low side pressure of 45 psi would be on a hot day, And that would have head pressures on higher levels. - more suction pressure = more discharge pressure

I aim for 30-35 psi suction side - and with an efficient condenser and working unit it will work like sweet.

For insulation foam, aluminum foil and flexible plastic pipe will work.

I am finding it difficult to explain it here but i will post pic of the end product.

I think the air fuel mixture is upset, it may be because of more/less air if we consider fuel (CNG) to be constant.

Check all vacuum pipes to and from the carburetor, idle up solenoids and diaphragms and intake manifold filter ( the red thing behind the tappet cover with two pipes).

Also Check Air cleaner container seals and air filter condition.

To narrow down the possibilities check on petrol.

Got few queries for your kind perusal and response

1. When the discharge pipe in my car burst all the gas with oil was out of the system i went back to the shop and he fixed it up but did not put oil in the compressor. I insisted but he told me the branded refrigerant has oil in it and no need to put extra as it will damage the drier. What do you say about this issue?

2. Is there any way to physical differentiate r12 from others

3. Any other tip or info you wish to share regarding condenser change is welcome

how to know if cng kit n cylinder have OIL in it???
how to chk if timing belt seals r leak?cuz my car is dropping one or two drop of oil every time i run it...with out running,no oil is thrown..
oil is just right under oil chamber,and the tappet cover seal is new so no oil leak is from there but timing belt cover is oil on it tht goes all the way down to oil chamber...

What I know and have observed that When I refill full empty cylinder of CNG of 55kg which have capacity of almost 8kg gas on 210 Bar pressure which is excellent the Gas is not filled 8kg. Means 7.something gas. It means Cylinder has oil and that oil has covered the space of CNG. If your CNG Kit is oily then On CNG there is starting problem and your ride pic is relatively low.

You can easily remove the KIT oil by draining it. Exactly beneath the CNG kit there is a bolt which can easily be open by using "13 number pana" (tool name). After opening it start your ride on CNG. ALL OIL will be went out from CNG Kit. After a while Turn off the Engine and fix the Bolt again on Kit.

This is the safe way how you can easily remove the oil yourself from CNG Kit. For removing Oil from cylinder you may visit a reputed Total Pump who have CNG Kit Conversion facility. They can do this easily.

you are going on wahdat road from muslim town towards pahkay wala chowk. Turn right from the last signal before the pahkay wala chowk signal you will have wahdat colony on your right and education university wall on your left. This road will take you to Ahmad Car AC. It will come on your left after 2Kms. Dont have the phone right now but the senior guy there is Babar, he will be a tall slim guy with glasses.

yar my kit dont have tht bolt..tht comes in landi renzo kit,,i have i guess orysa or something....it dont have tht bolt....i think ill need to get it checked with taking it out..
