Selling car on open letter

Aoa everyone
I am selling my car for the first time in Pakistan so I had a query in regards to this.
My question is that Meeran motors DHA Lahore is purchasing my car in open letter from me and i want to know if I should continue with the transaction and if there any safeguards I can take or any precautions I should take or if I should not sell the car in such a manner and refuse to sell.
The dealer is providing me with a sale receipt a delivery letter and pay order is that enough ?

No bro don't sell it on open letter.Always get the car transferred.God forbid if the car then gets used in an illegal activity police will come to ur house.

never sell car over open letter. if at all needed write down - "" car shall be transferred on or before dd-mm-yyyy " precise date, discuss with buyer before accepting an advance for deal.
