I have got an offer for 5.2 million, but its a loss of 1 million for me I was thinking somewhere around 5.5 million but it seems thats not possible. Fortuner is a very uncomfortable SUV hence need to sell it

Bought it for 62 lac (including registration) sold it for 51lac i think its >1 million loss

That's a huge loss I believe. I would never do that unless I absolutely need the money. After looking at the market trend for Fortuner I bought a used Fortuner with 4k miles and body kit for 53 million. I am sure I can still sell it for 53 because of the body kit.
My opinion of Fortuner is good. I have a Civic but I enjoy to drive Fortuner. I have taken it off road on dirt/rocky roads and driven it at 90km+ speed and it doesn't even feel I am off roading. It performs better on such roads than on city roads. My only problem with Fortuner was the price. It's priced higher than what it should be. It's a 4.5 million SUV not 5.8.

Come on man, it's time to take advantage of mistakes other made and save yourself a million. Buy slightly used Fortuner and you wouldn't even feel if it's old or new. You just need to find the right one and pay an extra 1 lakh and you will save yourself a lot of money. I did the same and I am very happy with my decision.
