Hi guys does anyone know where I can get semi slick tyres in Rawalpindi,Islamabad or Peshawar (location plz) and also I want to know if anyone can widen a rim,it is possible but don't know if it can be done in pakistan or not or do I have to get a welder and teach him myself

Brother ..you need 2 sets of the same rims steel..cut the band out of one..the middle..fit it into the other rims ..by splitting them..at the right point..next step ..need to be put on lathe cut and balanced ..wht wheels are they..
