Everybody was very tired and went to bed straightaway. Last night was fully spent in travel so no sleep for me.
I slept for around 2 hours then got call from my brother Muazzam's room that he was vomiting continuously. So, we tried the medicines we brought in our first aid kit. But after an hour or so there was no improvement. It looked like a food poisoning case as he was also feeling pain in belly.
Then myself and Nazir took him to Naran's Basic Health Unit. It is on way to Saif-ul-Muluk but very near to Naran bazar.

The facility is quite basic as is apparent from the name. We spent 15 min to wake up the doctor whose house is within the premises of the facility.
He did the checkup and gave some medicines which were available at that time but also prescribed a few which would only be available in the morning from medical stores in Naran.
So, we came back and as soon as shops opened we got the injection and other medicines which helped in improving the situation.
If in any situation, this facility is not enough then next big hospital is in Balakot and even better facilities are of course available in Abbottabad.
The team got ready and left for Lalazar around 9 a.m. and i stayed back in hotel with Muazzam. But he was getting better and by noon Alhamdulillah his situation was stable again and no more vomiting.
