I have Corolla 86. Since last 2-3 months it is giving hallow sound through silenser (Although silenser-whole pipe is in good condition, no leakage of smoke).

Why such hallow sound comes from engine/exhaust?

Yea Thats What I Consider...But Its Surely One Thing Via Which I Can Diagnose My Problem Pretty Much Closely By Knowing..Its Not About FPR.....!!

What Happens Actually Is As These Engines Lays Unused For Quiet Sometimes...So The Diaphragm Spring Inside Got Stuck So It Won't Maintain Pressure On WOT Inside Rail.......!! Thats The Doubt Which I Wanna Clear But I Will Find Solution For That Also Without Having Another FPR......!!

B/w OEM Setup Won't Comes With It But Its Quiet A Good Addition ...Will Look For It In Future...!! Let It Come On Its Actual Price

@SIR-GTR first of all i congradulate you on the job you have done by yourself. I know how difficult is to sort all the wirings. i salute you.
I want help from you. I want to knwo the size of right axle, its length. I also have a 4agebt setup in my car. its corlla Gli 1995 AE101.But its running on one long axle at the right side. I have found the bracket which fits on the engine block, and i also have one length of the axle which extends from gear box till this bracket. I want to know is the length of second half is equal to left size samll axle. Can i use a rod of left samll axle to extend it till the hub. I dont wanto to cut the axle and weld it. Since it will decrease the strenghth.

I Want To Ask If You Have Centre Axle Shaft On Engine....Which Fits On Block And Short Axle Length So Why Don't You Use It....?? 4AGE Came With Both Short Axles Along With Centre Axle On Engine Fitted.....!!

Well The Right And Left Side Short Axles Are Almost Same Length...You Can Get Same As Left For Right One........Use That Centre Axle Piece And Get Short Axle Like You Have On One Side......!! No Need Of Welding Or Cutting Since 4AGE Will Broke It Out When On Torque....!! So Get It Done As It Needs To Be.....

Fitting These Kinds Of Short Axles And Engine Is Not A Problem In AE101...As It Already Have 4AFE So A Series Mounts Already + Just Need Engine To Be On Mounts And Get Short Axles And Do The Job....!!
The Person Who Did Swap Might Have Known This......Long Axle Won't Work On It.....Or Will Brake It Sooner Or Later...!! Get It Changed..And Centre Axle Fitted..Its Not A Big Deal

Start Opening Throttle And Injectors Top Fitting Plate

Done....!!

Injectors Cleaning Setup We Do!!

Injectors Connected With +12V Supply To Make On And Off While Cleaning!!

12v 1.5A Supply We Use For This Purpose!!

Use This To On And Off Injectors...!!

Cutting Bottle For Making Bowl!!

Using NASA Carb Cleaner ....Best For This Job We Can Get

Here Is How It Looks During Cleaning....!!

Instant Build Pressure Pump......Which Won't Work So Good For This Job...!!

Injectors Cleaned For 1st Time And Keep Them For Some Time For 2nd Part Of Cleaning....!!

After Around 30mins....Starts Again......Testing It Using Different Methods...Can't Clean That Side Feeds Like We Can Do With Top Feeds In DIY....!! We Don't Have Place To Feed Them...!!

All 4 Cleaned And Ready To Installed.....!!

Its How 20v 295cc Side Feeds Looks Likes.....Notice The Silver Like Gauze On Side Of Injectors...Here It Gets Fuel From...Works As Quiet Nice Filter Too...Can Get Clogged That Easily...!!

Its How The Inside On Rail Looks Like....Have Some Dirt Particles So Clean Them Using Q-Tip 1st And Later Carb Cleaner Sprayed.!!

Results Are Not As We Are Expecting.........!!But Still We Have Done Some Good Work...Since Filter Gets Quiet Bad And Its Good We Replace It.....!! Problem

Well Yes I Am Using 02 As Have To Use It If You Want To Run it Efficiently And Effectively.....!!
I Hav'nt Check It Till Now As I Don't Have My Bogging Issue Sorted Out Yet....But As I Accelerate On 1st And 2nd Just.....It Can Take Over Whole Speedo In Couple Of Secs Easily....! Not A Big Deal In AE80 Sprinter For It.....!!

And Do Use 02 Sensor To Maintain Its Efficiency....!!
