Well After Quiet Long Gap Again!!
Its Time For Yet Again D.I.Y....Which Is Waiting For Quiet Long To Appear....!!
Its GROUNDING The Car.....!!
Well Its Quiet A Useful Thing You Can Do To Your Car If You Really Need Smooth Idle And It Helps In Stabilizing And Maintain Equal Voltage Reading All Around Car....!!
In Market For 1200-2000....There Are Grounding Kits Available But I Am Not Satisfied With Them As They Just Give 3-5 Points To Attach Grounding With......The Provided Wire Is Also Quiet Thin And Runs In Parallel....!!
What I Do Is Get Better Quality Thick Wire......Running All Over Engine Bay......And In Serial......!! Having Less Resistance Than Parallel Ones....!!
Well Here Is The Provided Pictorial Of The Whole Thing...Who I Get Around And Make It.....!!
Get 15-16Ft Good Quality Wire...I Get This From Audio Store..Its BOSCHMANN Wire Used In Power AMP Wiring...!! Better The Wire..Better The Results...!

The Wire Quality...Pure Copper + Thick Enough...!!

I Cut Them Into My Desired Length As Needed....!! Here Comes Measurments....You Have To Take Your Car Measurements From Parts To Part To Make A Grounding Stronger By Connecting All Things Togeather...!! Here Is My Data..How I Measure Mine....Keep In Mind To Keep 2" Bigger When Measuring And Also Note Down Which Bolt Pattern To Follow On Which Wire....!!
Here's My Data To Help You Out
Battery(-) To Ignitor=18" (10mmx2)
Ignitor To Left Shock=10" (10mm)(12mm)
Ignitor To Gearbox =18" (10mm)(12mm)
Gearbox To Head Side =10" (12mmx2)
Head Side To Manifold=10" (12mm)(10mm)
Manifold To FPR =18" (10mmx2)....
FPR To Right Shock =12" (10mm)(12mm)
FPR To Chassis =7" (10mmx2)
Right Shock To Rgt Fender =12" (12mm)(10mm)
Fender To Engine Head=17" (10mm)(12mm)
Right Shock To Firewall=16" (12mm)(10mm)
You Can See Things Mentioned 1st Then Length Of Wire In Inches And In Last Bolt Pattern....You Will Need 2 Kind Of Lugs(Thimbles)..For 10mm or 12mm Bolt.....!! Do This Measurment Before Buying Wire So You Won't Waste Any Wire....!!
Cutted Wires

The Heat Shrink I Am Gonna Use....!! Quiet Useful....!!

Cut Them Into Pieces So Put Them Inn Wire Before Punching...Keep In Mind

It Hard To Strip These Wires From Plyer As It Will Break It...So Slowly And Gently Cut The Shield Using Sharp Cutter...Time Consuming Job

Stripped Wire...Ready To Be Punched...!!

Done...Its Done Using Plyer....!!If You Have Round Type Thimbles The You Need To Punch Them..!

If Possible....Give Them A Lil Solder On Sides To Make Them Strengthen...!! But Its Not Compulsary...Depends On Punching Of Wire...!!

Now Its Time To Heat Shrink The Ends......Done....!!

Taraaan....Finished Product...Directly Imported From U.S.A (h)

Closer Look Of Ends....Neat Job Needs Time...!!

Now Its Time To Put It In Car....!!
Starting From Battery.....

This Is How Serial Goes....Connecting All Points Togeather....!! Don't Tight Nut And Open Again As I Did Forgetting That This Point Have 2 More Ends To Connect

Coming From Battery Ignitor GearBox Fuel Rail Into FPR...!

Into Shocks And Chassis...!!

Main ECU And Sensor Grounds End Connected With My Groundings...!!

In End....After All Points Connected...It Look Like This...

Front View

Finally Checking Readings On Different Location And Getting All Same Readings As I Get On Battery Terminals
Done..........!!

So Here's The Grounding D.I.Y........Hope It Help Out So Many People Out There To Give It A Try....!! It Really Helps Car In So Many Ways......!!Car Audio..Stable And Smooth RPM...Better Voltage Readings All Over Around Car And So.....!!
Thats All For Today...Looking Forward To Do More On Upcoming Holiday on 12th MAY....!!
