Well Connectors Are Almost All Finded Out Except 1 or 2 Are Left With Some Doubts..Anyways...Its Time Now To Start The Trickiest Part Of The Swap......! The Wiring....!
Well As I Got Loom Cutted From Firewall...
So I Have To Find Each Connection For Every Sensor Which Goes Into ECU or Related To Dash.....!
So Here I Start My Work....!

This Is How Its Done And I Did..Fingers Almost Messed Up...

Here I Find It... The 1st Connection I Find Is OF VVT..

The Wiring Mess All Scared Of...And I Decided To Play With..!

Continuity (y)

With In Couple Of Hours..It Started Looking Like This..

And Like This... Happy Now...!!

This Is How My Study Room Looks Like With All Mess I Made....

Thats All For Day 5....Wiring Is Mostly Sorted Out But Still Some Connections Left And Its Not Just Sensors....Main IGN Wiring And Other Stuffs Have To Keep In Mind....!

wiring part is good... thumbs up!Glad you didnt burn the 1st ecu like i did ,..lol..(i had a shortcircuit) in connector replaced it later which burnt a capacitor.

@Levin...Well 4AGE BT 20v ECU Cost around 8k-10k.....! and its not easy to find one....so i have to be careful not to blow anything as i am bit tensed also bcz i am doing any engine Efi wiring for the 1st time..

So Ppl Says I will end up blowing This and That...But my Heart along with my brain is with me..so i start doing it.....!
here ppl take around 12-14k for settling up all wiring..and if something goes wrong...tey just said easily....its blown ..get another one......thats also main reason to push me into all this

As Finding Connection Session Is Almost Finished...So Its Time Now To Make ECU Connections...The Most Imp Part Of The Swap.....! As I Just Have Loom Cutted From Firewall And ECU Connectors....So I Have To Get Wires To Make Them Lengthy.....! Also I Need To Shop For Stuff Used In Making Joints....!

So Here I Go...!!
I Bought This Stuff...!!

List Of Stuff...

*Digital Multi-Meter...
*5 Color Heat Resistant Wire...
*2 Color Extra Thick Wire For Main Power Connections...!
*Heat Shrink Tube Of Different Sizes.. its 2.5mm 3mm 6mm and 8mm In Dia I think...!
*Goot Japanese Soldering Tip..
*Automatic Wire Stripper.. Believe me..It Makes Life Easy
*2 Different Kind OF Soldering Wire.
*Hard And Liquid Form Flux
*Solder Iron Stand....!
* 3 Kinds Of Tweezers

That Black Tubing Is Heat Shrink Shield I Am Gonna Use To Cover Joint Instead Of Taping Them..I Don't Wanna Be Nitto Tape Mechanic

Digital Multi-Meter...I Will Be Needing This For Diagnosing & To Check Sensors & Other Stuff...!!

Open Lock From Grip And Take Out All Connections For Joining..!

Finally After Hours Of Struggle..I Successfully Pull Them Out...Thats Other Thing I Wounded My Hands ..Thanx To Sharp Tweezer:$..Once I Know Trick..Its 2 Min Game Now

Taken Out...!!!

Have To Open ECM To Confirm Circuit #..Lots Of Capacitors And Transistors...!!

Here It Is...!! Confirmed
