Shahid:: Installed Landi Renzo CNG Kit with Lamda Control System in GLI-2011

Assalam O Alaikum Dear Pakwheelers,

Its time to share my experience of getting CNG installed in My GLI-2011.

CNG System Details:

Lendi Renzo CNG kit (TN1B/96)
LR Toyota Emulator
STAP 300 Advancer
LC01 Lambda Control System
60 Ltr EKC Cylander

Installed from Pakistan CNG Conversion System I-9 Islamabad, Mr. Haroon ZIA is very professional and qualified person and the good thing is that he really shares his knowledge and educates very well the potencial customers.I have learned a lot about system installed in my car.

My special thanks to Munawar Sb LR Dealer Islamabad.

Performance/Mileage Update:

I have noticed less Engine noice on CNG and Pick is also very good.

Yesterday i traveled from Islamabad to Bahawalpur.First filling was 564 rupees and i reached Bhera (165km) having one green light with 50% AC on , and 440 rupees CNG was filled from there. i traveled 175 KM in 2nd filling from Bhera.

My cars mileage on long route with 50% AC on is around 190-200 KM with Islamabad filled CNG is and Punjab region CNG is doing around 170-180 Km on long.I have not tested city driving yet , will post more details later

nice installation but LC01 not perform properly long time creating some problems and a problem strating to day first on patrol due to air control or ventury installation

finally a post by an actual user of cng corolla. I was getting sick of stupid comments made by members who dont own a corolla nor have any experience with cng in corolla 2011. thumbs up for the poster,

I am very satisfied with pick after CNG installation, Sequential kit was out of my budget and there is no support available for troubleshooting of sis or LR sequential kit at the moment in Islamabad.

Its indeed a very nice setup but it would have much better if the kit was installed behind the air box in the open space near ecu, its not clear in the pics but I think ur kit is installed just behind the radiator fan which may prove fatal in case of frontal impact God forbid.

Another query:
did you get this software from the installer so how to connect it with pc or u ll need to visit the cng guy and he will connect it to his pc via some special cable etc,

Thanks sir for yor deep analysis and suggestion.
I have same concern about CNG kit place near Radiator, had discussed with installer but he replird me that he have to do some altration to fit with Engine bay wall.I will discuss this Tomorrow again .

I dont have this software ,screen shots are taken from installer laptop. it has a proprietry LR interface (pic attached)

sir check again the pic I posted for u from my car, its a natural place for the regulator as already a screw is present there over the brake line , what installers have to do is that they remove that screw and use a long screw with an elongated holder for holding other screws which take the screws of kit and nuts are applied then to secure the kit and the benefit is that Godforbid in case of frontal collision cng kit will be the last thing to get damaged.
