Few months back i got my windscreen cracked and reached out to shan windscreen for its repair. The guy did a good job and the cracks footprint was reduced. But during summers i forgot to keep the windows slightly down (even though it was told by him but i forgot) while its parked under the sun and the crack increased. I went to back to the shop and told him that this has happened and i accepted my mistake. He repaired the increased crack and when i ask for the charges he refused to take them because of 2 reasons. First i accepted my mistake and secondly i was already at loss since my windscreen was cracked.
I was shocked when he refused the money as you won't find people like him who leave a mark by their character.
He won a heart that day. I would recommend shan windscreen to everyone who wants their windscreens repaired.
