Sharp J-Tech Inverter 2 Ton Cooling Issue

Assalam O Alikum,
Can someone please help me regarding inverter issue? I installed sharp inverter in 2016 after 3 season it's coil got leaked and repaired since then the cooling hasn't been satisfactory and it doesn't do chill cooling which it used to do when i do in eco mode it completely stops cooling . After repairing of coil it was charged with honeywell r410a . What might be the issue? Can someone tell me any technician in karachi who does vaccum and fills honeywell r410 orignal gas?

did your technician not vacuum the unit or even weigh the charge?

No brother no one does that i am tired of asking people , all they do is just put the gauge and it says 150 psi and they say everything is ok. I am tired of searching people who weigh the gas according to the outdoor specification and who charge the gas after vacuuming the ac using micron meter. The ac only does cooling when its not set on eco mode but that is also not what it used to be. Moreover the left side which was repaired i see some moisture over that left side and the foam near blower is a bit damp and sometimes water droplets are thrown from that side. I am using the ac since this condition from 1 year i live in karachi and need a proper ac technician who can do proper diagnosis . kindly recommend me any good professional technician and the solution
