AoA, i want to know what is the maximum milage and duration for using semi synthetic helix hx7 5w30 engine oil both in winter and summer when most of the time AC is used and if the oil filter used is not genuine like guard etc. ?

I would say 3500 Kms on a safer side. Else if, 5000 Kms at max.

Used it in Civic 2017 for 6500km and change it after 6 months.
Even at 6500km car performance and fuel economy was same as before.
So safe for 6-7k km.

I change it after a year. Mileage has varied between 3000 - 7000 KM. Oil looks similar on every oil change. But only a lab test will confirm its characteristics. 5-6000 KM is a safe bet or a yearly change is mileage is less.

If I am not wrong, mineral oils can be used for about 4000km (people say 5000) and the synthetic ones can be used for about 6000-7000km (not talking about the top leading brand oils)

Sir Total Quartz 9000 Future Series 5w-30 is fully synthetic and can be easily used for 5,000-6,000 Kms, however, in case of Shell 5w-30 semi-synthetic (which is offered by Shell Pk here and I was talking about it), it is my personal suggestion that 3,500-4,000 Kms are good enough. For Shell 5w-30 Fully Synthetic, 5,000-7,000 Kms are good enough.

Rightly said, but brands, their R&D, market value, etc. matters a lot. We can not compare ZIC with Total and especially Shell, and then these 02 with Amsoil, Valvoline, etc.
