Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 In Fortuner Sigma 2.8

After lot of research and discussion i have choosen Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 for my Fortuner 2.8 as it is Fully synthetic CF and B4 Spec oil as reccomended in owners manual
If anyone using this oil can share their experiance and what is oil change drain interval, my thought is to change at atleast 7500 kms.

Posted there but didnt get a reply of any Shell user mostly are Lm and Mobil users
I wanted to know specifically about this oil should i use it or not how does it perform in 1gd what should be oil change intervals

As it is fully synthetic shouldnt we go for atleast 8000km because even mineral oils like delo mgx or Rimula x are recommended with 5000 km intervals
