PSO used to be there, but as the lease ended. It's no longer. It has been replaced since then by Attock, the gas station which is seen in Lahore-Multan Rd. We've never tried it, but as they said in their board that it's company operated pump.

Their more good pumps there like Shell in Liberty, which is company-owned. The best one with nice gauge is PSO at Church Chowk (Girja Chowk).

Just to tell the truth, don't confuse "Gas Stations" with "CNG Stations", It's the american way to refer petrol stations. Over there petrol is called Gasoline.

But avoid Shell in Shami Rd, which is referred as "The Battle Axe", they do the same practice.

there is no fault of company or the owner do u guys really think that company or the owner want this to be done with their coustomers or they have a share in this jugar? hell no actualy these salesmen are not much paid 6000-7000 Rs for a 12 hrs job so for their greedy nature they manipulate customers and earn haram they dont know that they are manupilating themselves there is no fault of company or the owner. and for us thery is only one word left MUSHTARI HOSHIYAR BASH :D

i totally agree with the poster... i myself have seen several frauds of this shell pump specifically... they have even been beated a lot of times by alot of people but i dont understand why dont they get changed... anyway, now i notice that that pump doest run much... i prefer TOTAL near LDA offices...

Thanx samiz for starting such a beneficial thread. I also second view point of cooldaredevil and further add that TOTAL pumps, in general, are far far better in terms of QUALITY as well as QUANTITY.

Caltex pumps on Scheme Mor, Queens road and Mall road are good. I try my best to use these three for fueling. Shell on Scheme mor's employees are honest.

there is no pso libery.. they have closed pso.. shell liberty is recommended by many people in lahore.

I know these gimex by pump peoples so I must go for full when car shows me light....quit simple they can fill more or less then 35lit

I have experienced twice that Shell pump between wapda town round about and shokat khanum chowk try to cheat you while filling tank.

First occasion:
[LIST]
[*]Previous reading was of rs 200.
[*]I got out of my car and asked to fill for rs 1000.
[*]The filling guy put in the nozzle and said something in very low voice pointing to the petrol tank's cap.
[*]I asked him what was he saying and he suddenly starting filling without doing 0 meter.
[*]I protested that you havent done zero meter and the meter is saying like 250 in just 1 second.
[*]I then said that I wont pay a penny unless full 1000 fuel is put in.
[*]The guy was behaving like he does not understand anything
[*]On reaching 1000 he stopped. I then firmly said I wont pay a penny unless you put until 1200.
[*]He then filled upto 1200 and then I paid. He said machine got tripped so the issue came.

[*]I asked the guy to fill in rs 1000 petrol. I always get out of car to get petrol filled.
[*]He showed me zero meter and started filling.
[*]In the meanwhile the cashier came and I had rs 5000 note in my hand.
[*]He started counting rs 4000 to be given to me.
[*]In the meanwhile he said in a very low voice that you can come here for a change or something I couldnt really understand
[*]I asked him what he was saying and in the meanwhile the filling guy stopped filling and manually wrote 1000 on the meter
[*]I caught him red handed witting 1000 manually on the machine
[*]I said I wont give you a penny because the filling guy has written 1000 amount manually.
[*]I got inside my car and ppl from the pump gathered around what has happened.
[*]I said I wont give you anything because of tempering
[*]They said meter got tripped. I said show me last filled amount.
[*]He showed me last amount and it was rs 688. He then filled 312 more and then I gave him 1000

So 2 tricks by same pump. Beware of that pump. They will cheat you even if you get out of your car..

that guy at thokar TOTAL pump is very nice. Indeed. In fact, There isn't a single total pump I ever came across who tried doing 2 numbri. My favorite ones being Total at burhan and the one near Sangjani interchange on GT road.

Caltex F-6 is good.. PSO have now written on their pumps that if dispenser meter is not at 0 go to manager and complain him they will give you 1000rs lol

there is a pump at canal road thokar along the big eden villa house named ATTOCK petroleum/also knopwn as U&S CNG (previously it was just a cng station)
two weeks back i wanted to have petrol worth 500 rs in my car
it ws around 9pm and i ws th only customer having my car filled,just as the guy started filling the fuel th cashier demanded full payment (tried distracting me)
i kept my eyes on the meter,saying "pehlay petrol dalnay du"..he demnaded the money again,hearing that i slightly turned around keeping th hands of the guy filling the fuel within my eyesight and gave him a long lesson in punjabi...which i neednt mention
his logic ws that he had to rush to the small doughnut outlet for apparently no good reason..
i didnt realize it untill today that they wanted to do this meter trick with me...but by not letting both of them out of my sight i ws able to unconsiously foil their attempts at cheating me out of my cash

earlier the staff appointed at this station ws very honest(even then i never gave them a chance by always getting out of car and standing seeing th meter and the hands of th guy filling cng..
but now the new staff isnt honest...so beware
