Why is shell v power sold at Rs. 104.8 in khi where as their website mention Rs. 96 for HSD?

V power is now Rs. 111 per litre....
I used Hascol RON95 today at Rs. 89 per litre in Honda NWGM 660cc and didnt find any knocking or any issue. Drive was smooth.
HasRON 97 is Rs. 102 per litre but its no value for 660cc, I think.
