Shifting from civic rebirth to swift glx top model

I currently own a 2013 Honda Civic Rebirth and am planning to switch to a hatchback. The main reason for moving to a Swift is the heavy traffic and frequent driving in Karachi. The price difference is manageable, so I want to know if the Swift is a good hatchback option to replace my Rebirth with? No doubt the features it has is far more than the rebirth and the only 2 major downgrades are sunroof & a trunk, being a hatchback and 1200cc the car is fairly fast.

fuel economy is not a problem, both the cars give almost the same figures, 12-13. the main reason is the rust on the rebirth with time the rust is increasing and it is depreciating the car's value.
