be wary that most people treat these cars like shit in Pakistan and drive them till they break apart - and furthermore never do any maintenance at all, and almost 90% buy them for showoff - if some showoff installs wrongly sized staggered wheels on it because of some fake aggressive look wannabee - then the transfer case kills itself. (very expensive) - the tcase can also kill itself if you only replace 1 tire when it blows out. AWD cars only permit a 1-2% total diameter difference per wheel before it commits suicide. (almost same as any AWD car e.g. Sportage)
Its suspension also will require more maintenance than a corolla as it literally has more parts in it. And a sensible mechanic to install too, otherwise you the owner will be buying the same genuine parts every few weeks.
honestly - if you have a real workshop mechanic that you can contact for true BMW maintenance and supplies - only then buy it - if you are accustomed to corolla/civic chalti ka naam gaadi and only rely on a fresh mechanic everytime you need servicing/repair then forget it - pile your money in a pit and set it on fire that will be a better result.
