what car you have. simply go to any suzuki showroom and ask them if they can do undercoat and get it done.

Otherwise, get ur cash washed properly. no diesle oil applied. scrub the wheel wells with some wire brush as @capsat mentioned. get it airblowed clean.

buy the paint enamel as mentioned above and make a deal with any painter to have it sprayed properly under the car and in the wheel wells. before painting, do cover all the rubber pipes and rubber parts with plastic wrap.

It's city 2016 model. Honda 3s doesn't allow clients to be physically present and their d3mand is to leave the car over for a day which I don't do. This is service station's guy job so painter will be of little help.

so get it done from Honda. they will charge you and keep the car for 2 days. they do relatively better job.

I have never left my car with any mechanic and I don't intend to do so.

a workshop can help you for undercoat job but they charge premium for undercoat. Thats how they operate

What will be the formula to calculate how much Litre should be deployed like if my car under carriage base area is let's say approximately 90 Sq. feet (6 feet x 15 feet) so I think 1 Litre would be enough.

Yes it's more then enough, need to apply it using brush. And premix it with water as mentioned on the container.
Do not use it in the garage floor.
