I own both of them, grande and civic x 1.8,
Performance wise grande.
Overall comfort grande.
Interior civic.
Driving position i prefer grande, civic has quite a low Driving position as per my taste.
Overall quality grande.
I feel like civic overall is a much delicate vehicle as compared to grande, i use my civic x for intercity drives only, i get tired a lot. Long journeys are easy and comfortable in a grande.
Overall looks and interior go definitely to civic x.
But corolla is a much more solid build.
Civic over the years has had weird issues, corolla had it's issues too but they were pretty minor.
