Should I buy used cultus or mehran?

I have just learned driving. I need to buy a car to travel to my home city with my family 3 to 5 times in a year normally. My home city is 200 km from Lahore.
My family consists of 2 adults and 4 chirldren , age between 10 to 20 years.
Should I buy cultus or mehran. My budget is 12 lacs.

I have driven both cars. Mehran will start vibrating at around 80 km/h, Cultus around 120 km/h. I have lost control of both cars while taking a sharp turn and I think Cultus is more stable. I'd say Cultus is a better option overall.

Did you experience any problem of gas kit bursting during long route (about 200 km) ? One of my friend told me this issue.
Further, how often maintenance issues will occur if I buy 2010-11 model cultus ??

No, I'm assuming that you're talking about head gasket. It's pretty reliable once you resolve the overheating issues. I have only once drove to Dadu from Karachi and I had no issues and I drive to Hyderabad regularly and never had an overheating issues.

Change parts prematurely (you dont have you if you can source good quality stuff) and it'll keep running with minimal problems. Like change engine oil under a few hundred kms of the limit. I change all the belts in 10k to 15k kms.
