Should i get booked Cultus VXR or Alto AGS

I have the budget of 14.5 lac. Should I get booked cultus vxr or New Alto ags in the budget of 14.5 lac?
If I get booked Cultus VXR I save the premium / own that is now 20000 thousand on the car now and secondly expected price increase of car.
And I go for alto AGS, I don't know what will be the price and features and reliability , resale of that car and I have to wait for more than 3,4 months.
Recently I have Mehran Limited Ed that I have purchased on 18 april with price 832500 PKR without registration, when I go to sale the car I maximum get 810000 after 22 days of car purchase, I want to refrain myself from further loss.
I need expert genuine review what I should do in this scenario?
I have to get registered Mehran in 35000 PKR and have to sale it above 8.5 lac after 2, 3 months when I will get cultus/ alto.

Go for cultus VXR leave Alto Ags behind
Reasons:
Cultus better shape better 1000cc Engine better Ac performance better milleage.. better car spacious then alto.. proper hatchback car whereas alto is smaller type Hatchback...

AGS is even expensive than VXL,nao why are are comparing vxr with AGS. AGS is top of the line

brother don't go for imaginary car (Alto AGS, which isn't even properly launched yet). Book VXR and have peace of mind.

In case you wish to get swift features in wagonr money in v2, your choice should be bigger engine.

Just buy cultus .ac and heater will work perfectly .in alto you cannot expect them to work in our climate on a 660 cc engine .my 2 cents .plus cultus is a lot more spacious and better looking then alto.
