Should i go for service of radiator?

I have cuore 2004 CX Eco,today i flused radiator my self by passing water and draining it ,u can see in the picture the water which comes out of radiator after getting it flushed.I just want to have good AC coolingm so suggest me should i go for service of radiator ?

One more question suggest me good coolant, as i searched different forums some people suggest for caltex orange one and some suggested to buy coolant from 3S dealer which is made for corolla and also tell me how much coolant require for cuore (In Litres)

Well Caltex coolant is good it helps in engine heatup as well.

About the radiator service now there are two ways to get it service one is they will open up your whole radiator likee the uper and lower tank than clean the lines which is i dont like.

I always ask them to take out the radiator put some taizab that they use on it than take it to service station and wash it with water. that works as good as the full service (tested) and no risk of leaks

Another trick my mechanic do is he asked me to put 3 to 4 spoons of Surf Excel in the radiator than run your car for 1 day than take out the water. than repeat this one more day flush the water put pure water in than run the car for a day than flush this water out put coolant and in :p. I tried it and ya a lot of rusted water can be seen on the 1st day btw i wont recomend any one to do it do it on your own risk but i do it and i faced no probs.

thnx alot and bro why u didn't go for first option which mostly radiator wala used ?? and ur desi method is also good one :)...what are the pros and cons of it as compare with ist one.

Well i use to do the 1st trick than a honest radiator wala told me sir jee es sa fark nahi parta app ek dafa wash karwa kar deikha and es sey leaks waghaira ka risk nahi hota unlesss your radiator is in very bad conditiion sirf wash karwana sey 20 to 30% fark parta hai.

So i prefer just getting ur radiator washed waisa bhi i regularly use coolant infact every month especially in summer i try to put one bottle of caltex coolant.

Baki that desi totka works lekin i am not sure what will be the effect of this on water body and other moving parts so es leya karka dekh lo waisa bazahir koi masla nahi hoga

ok bro , i will also go for ist method , ll ask him to put taizab nd then i ll get it serviced from service station and u use coolant every month ? as i heard we have to change coolant in one season
and whts the method to use the coolant means how much water is used with caltex coolant...

Ya ask him ka sirf service karda.

After the service make sure there are no leaks and put 2 caltex coolants.

Yeah this coolant can last for a seasion easily.

Radiator cleaning works really.... That taizab wala method, they wash not only outside of radiator but from inside too with taizab and then they check for leaks by filling gas or air into it.

I did it a couple of days back and results are awesome, really awesome mashAllah...... Coolant ka best method ye hay k jitna coolant ho (1ltr or 2ltr), utne he pani me mix kar k radiator me daal do but for that u have to know the exact amount k radiator me kitna litres ata hay..... what i did, 2 ltr collant liya, sara radiator me daal diya, ooper se jitna pani para wo daal diya.....

yar i tried alot to put some bottle beneath the radiator to know the exact amount of water but the lengh of bottle was the issue .Now i am thinking to jack my car from front and use one litre of bottle and then drain water from radiator to know exact amount of water ...

U cannot know exactly by this way as there isnt only water in radiator. There some remains inside engine and water body etc.... so the method i told u is perfect..... well i have civic so i put 2ltr coolant and then water. ap 1ltr daal kar ooper se pani daal do
