Should i use coolant or simple water

I will ditto xulfiqar's comment for using a diluted coolant. coolants available in local markets will exert extra pressure on ur cooling system since they are viscous. Typical coolants have ethylene glycol as main component which is toxic in nature. experts recommend to 1/3 mixture with water to gain maximum benefit.

If you have been using water in the past then there is a higher likelihood of coolant creating fresh problems.
For new cars though, Havoline Extended Life Coolant (Concentrate) from Caltex is one of the best in the business and it can be used 50-50 with clean water (preferably one of the mineral water brands like Nestle due to fewer contaminants)

Bro i have mistakenly used concentrated undiluted coolant in 2015 cultus bought in november last year... Initially there was no issue in car but now it has started giving blue smoke at startup... Car didnt overheat on the temperature guage.. Can this undiluted coolant be the cause of leaking engine valve due to poor heat exchange?? Or its less likely??
