AOA Dear,

Does any one has any news about Sialkot Lahore Expressway/Motorway?

I didn't find any link when I traveled last time on the Ring Road.

our leaders are not serious about this project of connecting the 3rd biggest city,( in terms of making money through exports), to the other cities.

No it doesn't exist.. i so wish it did. but i think it starts after Gujranwala or something like that.

I am afraid latest news is that the project has been abandoned.

Reason being it was a project of former govt. so no one wants it to go ahead, neither PPP nor PMLN. They are even starting to give back(sell) the land purchased for this project so no hope at all.

Lets hope Gilani will do something about Multan motorway (his home city), but considering how development budget has been cut in every budget, that too looks unlikely beyond paper work.

paln was built a road from kala shah kaku to Aminabad to Daska than Sambrial and Sialkot......but Qamar Zaman kaira extended it till kahrian from Sambrial.....Now Project is canceled by govt
one of link road was also comleted.....but..sad....my native Village and area wil remain Backward

According to my information, the project is still going on but really slow. Project name is "Kharian Sialkot Lahore Motorway". It will be around 150 KM long. Let's hope they speed up the work and this project is completed asap.

thanks to our beloved leaders in last 3 years their is no remarkbale project has been started but so many has been stopped. and look what they are doing now
