Sidewall damaged of new Tyre. What to do?

simple replace the tyre...

in most countries it is illegal to do any such repair work....

if you want second opinion , google it, check youtube and read directions from the tyre manufacturers...

never listen to road side tyre repair shops who will say that 'pata bhee nahi lage ga' we will do vulcanizing etc etc .

consider buying a new pair of trousers or clothes or anything and burning it while pressing it with overheated iron in excitement, it will be ruined even if it was new or not even worn for first time or watever..

karwa ghoont lena parta hay...to avoid any risk to yourself, ur family and others on the road...

You must change it immediately. I too had a damaged side wall after hitting something. Had to replace it at priority. Like a member said, nothing is more important than life.
By the way did the tire seller gave any warranty regarding tire side wall swelling. Some do give such warranty for few weeks. Do get back to him, it may already be a damaged tire specially if it's a smuggled one.

Yes I will go to him soon. I bought it from j Rasheed in neela gumbad. He told me that they are genuinely imported from South Africa but who knows?

damage done (accidental or intentional)to tyre is not covered under warranty, only manufacturing defects can be claimed.

True. However you never know how they have been handled from port to destination. Side wall issues other than road damage are often found in smuggled tires where crow bars are used to retrieve one tire packed inside another. A video on it was also viral on social media few years ago.

replace new tyre, consider it as you got new pair of shoes for your barat.. on way to banquet somehow it got ripped what will you do ? borrow an old pair from friend or stop at shop and buy new one, its your call.
