many companies may claim to have the best customer service possible but nowhere is a better way to test then in a situation like this and i am sorry to report that mobilink has atlas miserably failed os much that we had to involve the police in this matter.
as i had posted earlier to unknown mobilink sims were coming on our family member's name. and we had went to office couple of times and last time after much argument they gave us a form to fill as evidence and said it will be turned off.
that was done on 20th of jan, after 10 days had passed and taking multiple thumb impressions the sims still hadn't removed from her name.
we again went on 30th and they said too much system load and oh it will be turned of whenever you dont worry. we said how can we not worry as we have n idea where the sims are or how ere they even issues and the most alarming thing is when you call that number you hear and sindhi caller tune so its definitely in use by somebody and maybe in interior sindh, and the person never picks up the ring, and if you call again you get the message that phone has now been switched of, so for all purposes we are worried the sims are bing used for sinister purposed as overtime we call no one picks up and then shuts phone off.
next day she called rescue 15 and police came took her complaint and went to the office, they agreed that this was dangerous as if they were taking so long to deactivate sim anyone can do any wardat in this time. i should point out there was also a wrong sim on name in telenor and they took it off our name within two days so no excuse for mobilink.
so police went to their office and their they confessed that they actually have no authority to turn off sims and thats the job of head office, they cant do nothing!!
so why dont you say this before
now we are convinced that the franchise or whatever people below are having a monopoly in this and selling sims to people fakely or deliberately not turning off.
khair now a trip to head office is in order and ill update you guys with happens.
