Scientifically, i don't think this is possible.. If any of you remembers the childhood experiment in which we would place an inverted glass over a piece of burning paper.. it used to create a vacuum since the flame consumes all the oxygen and hydrogen that is present in air.. If anything, this would deflate the tires..
What they've shown just seems to be bringing the tire back on to the rim.. no inflation..
