Which one is recommended? People say that singer company is winding up it's operations in Pakistan and is not recommended. Any suggestions

Go for the one with good local support in your area.

I had bought a Rinnai Japanese used water instant geyser in 2020 @ 10k when all other local new geysers (superasia, canon, nasgas etc etc) were available @ 8k.
After 3 years i am extremely happy for my decision. The japanese stuff is something different.
If you can, i would recommend you to get a used japanese instant geyser in good condition ....and you will have peace in life
