Single Naali Vs Double Naali Radiator

I need feedback from people who changed their single naali radiator to double naali, did you notice any difference if yes how much do you reckon it affects cooling?

I am asking this question because I have heard mixed opinions from mechanics and even some users who have used both single naali and double naali radiator, according to them there isn't much of a difference infact some even recommend single naali as it dissipates heat more efficiently according to them. What is your opinion on this?

If you have a stock car with stock engine you don't need to swap the radiator. Stock will work perfectly.
Yes double pass radiators are better.

Everythings stock, the car comes with a dual channel radiator whereas the new radiator is single channel. The question is how much it affects cooling as I have been hearing confusing remarks.

No you need double one then.
Affects enough to cause heating problems.

People use dual pass one for reduce heating issue especially with AC. Use the same one that came stock.

i have used both in the same car under same circumstances.

i find single channel radiator better.

In winters it takes lot of time to attain optimal temperature ( the t Stat valave present and working ) as there is increased amount of coolant needed to be warmed up and more area in contact with environment as compared to single channel.

in summer, its same, takes longer to attain optimal temperture and once the optimal temp is attained and rad fan is activated, it takes longer to reduce the temp upto acceptable level as there is more amount of coolant to be cooled down so rad fan has to work overtime.

plus the heat mass in conserable increased in the engine room, and it seems that it affects the AC performance as well.

single channel feel so effecient and works fast in my opinion.

Thank you for sharing your experience. One question though, isn't the whole purpose of dual channel radiator is to cool the coolant faster and for longer period of time? If yes then how come it increases the heat or makes the fan to overwork?

The only issue I see with double naali is narrow passages possibly causing more pressure and requiring more powerful water pump to circulate the coolant.

i think, cooling down coolant depends upon how fast heat can be taken away from it.

amount of coolabt n thickness of rad wont affrct it.

the internal structure is samr as compared to single channel one.

the sheer thickness of radiator makes the air flow slower as compared to single channel.

i think, its the reason why it cooled down a bit slower.

and offcoirse fan need to cool down more anount of coolant, so it was anothrr factor.

Thicker will help cooling because more surface area comes in contact with air with more coolant flow. And It can manage bigger tank on top/bottom/sides.
Dual core are better in cooling so does the dual pass radiators.

Dual pass doesnt mean extra coolant to cool.
It means double surface area and thus more efficient heat exchange.

Narrow passages doesnt mean water pump has to work more, the surface area or cross sectional area to be precise is what defines pressure which is more in case of double pass radiator and it is inversely related to pressure.
