First state your requirement regarding the car.
For what purpose are you buying city/work/home duty or long travel?
If you can get 12-13 model gli clean vehicle 70-80k km driven in 15 lacs it's best.
It's better in almost every aspect.
I personally think a well maintained this model Corolla is still better, reliable and comfortable than new cultus.

Both the cars are good.
In my opinion its hard to select one.

But its simple in most of the ways, if you want bigger car, if you want powerful engine, you know what you have to choose.

But if you want to be in peace, rather to go to workshops, if you want good fuel mileage. If you want brand new car. Then cultus.

dil kehta hai go for Toyota ... kyon k used Toyota bhi New Suzuki se behtar hoti hai...

lekin dimagh kehta hai k go for brand new car ... next 4 years tak peace of mind. aor car jab 10 saal tak rakhni hai to better go for new... apnay hath par hi chali hogi shuru se with no ambiguous past history : (
