I am planning a following trip with some company fellows. The exoected departure is after Ramazan at the last week of July or early August.

Day 0 ---Departure from Lahore at 8pm
Day 1 ---From Naran to Chilas, night stay at Chilas
Day 2 ---From Chilas to Skardu, Night stay at Khachura Valley
Day 3---Shigar Valley, Desert, Fort, Shangrila
Day 4 ---Khaplu Valley and Manthokha Waterfalls
Day 5 ---Sadpara lake, Deosai Plains, Shoisar lake, night stay at Astore/Rama
Day 6---back to Chilas/Naran
Day 7---Lahore

Please suggest some good hotels and expected fares at:

Skardu
Astore

Also what is the expected Jeep cost for Deosai from Skardu till Astore?
