Skardu Hunza Valley Trip Information Required

Assalam o Alikum

First of All, I would really like to appreciate all PW's Gurus and the Group Mates that promptly reply, guide and suggest the plans, Routes and share their experiences. Bros !! I along with my 03 friends planning to visit Skardu & Hunza Valley in Upcoming October,Can You please suggest me what would be the best plan to cover max places in both the areas. We have a plan for complete week. First we were planning to chose any tour operator but later on we decided to plan and go by our own. We are from Rawalpindi and looking that PW bros will help us in making a good trip plan.

Kindly suggest From where we will start so that we cover the max places. (Both Skardu and Hunza Valley)
We need Suggestions for Best Places, Reasonable Hotel Information , Jeep Booking Fares & Other guideline that You can give to us.

go directly to hunza (NATCO & other services operate directly regularly- NATCO is preferred), hire a jeep on rental + fuel basis for whole trip. explore sorrounding of Hunza & then move to Skardu. vesay Hunza & skardu 1 trip mein kernay say behtar hy k alag alag trips mein keya jae. Explore Naltar+Hoper+ Khunjarab.

Thanks a lot Bro for the suggestion, we are looking to arrive at Skardu First, ( Looking to Explore Deosai Plains / Katchura Lake / Shighar Valley & In Hunza want to See Attabad Lake / Nagar Valley & Forts. Can you please guide how we can better cover these places especially.

Weather in Deosai will be tough in October. We crossed Deosai on 8th September on bikes and faced a nasty blizzard two times while crossing. Visibility was almost zero. But you might enjoy more on jeep.. it was almost survival situation for us on bikes during the blizzard.

There's no prediction for this, Babusar Pass can be block anytime due to snow or security reason, you will only know when you hit the road, call any driver's contact/hotel to confirm this route before reaching Mansehra.

BabuSAR top is already closed since snow fall of 21 Sep. Avoid in mid October dates due to Aushoora/ Muharam. And end of October ideal for Autumn trip. So my suggestion is to visit Autumn in Hunza till Khanjrab. Deosai and Skardu is not very eye catching in end of October. But Hunza .... You will love. You may get the idea from my last year plan by visiting given below link.

Skardu and hunza can be done in a week.
I did it in 6 days last year and thoroughly enjoyed my trip.

I have planned the same tour with almost same dates this year as well.
( oct 23-31)

Skardu and hunza can be done in a week.

You can't cover both in 6 days, you can explore selected areas only.
Please share your itinerary so he can plan accordingly.

Sir, I am sorry for using the word "COVER"...
But i did explored parts of both hunza and skardu last year in 5 night stay.
