Skardu in March?

Hello all.. I want to inquire whether travelling to Skardu in March is a good idea?
I am free from 10 Mar till 25 Mar 2021 and have already visited places like Hunza, Kashmir, Swat..
This time around, I want to travel to Fairy Meadows and Skardu side..

Skardu will be cold and dry in March. Some trees will be starting having blossoms. Snow will be gone by then But I have seen late snow fall in Skardu even in March once. Fairy meadows will be having a lot of snow in March

You may Skip Fairy meadows for now. Skardu will have to be reached through Skardu Jaglot road as Deosai will not be open then

Why not try Ghizer district This time? You can visit phandar and go upto shandoor top. Khalti lake, Teru, Langar are worth watching places on the way to shandoor from phandar

march end may blossom start ho jana chaiy.... but forecast is of rain in march and april and mayb late winters.... so keep that in mind
