Skardu Tour Help Needed

AOA,
we planned for a 4 days tour from Faisalabd to Skardu from 18th June to 21st June. Will leave on 17th June night round 10pm and planned to be back at Faisalabad on 22nd June early morning.
First night we planned to stay at Jaglot and 2nd day we will be at Skardu.
We are 8 friends and will be on our own cars Civic X and Altis Grande
Can you guys help out if this will work as we planned? Also about weather in these days do we need some warm cloths like Jackets etc?
Most important with limited time span which possible areas we should visit?
If some one can guide about a complete route plan that will great.

Places to visit from Skardu:

1. Shangrila Day trip
2. Shigar Valley Day trip
3. Khaplu & Manthoka Day trip
4. Kharpocho fort Organic Village & Katpana Cold Desert
5. Deosai national Park & Satpara Lake

these are not enough days and jaglot to skardu will also take full day so two days already gone before reaching Skardu...

Thanks for a quick reply....actually I am worried about the time we have...we will leave on 17th night Thursday night and will reach Jaglot on 18th evening Friday night stay there....Saturday morning we will leave for skardu and will stay at shangrila for couple of hours. So Saturday night at skardu....so we will have Sunday and Monday full day and will leave back to home on Monday night.
So in this time frame what places we can visit? Organic Village we might drop as it requires full day..right? Deosai we will visit. while visiting / going towards Deosai is it possible to visit some other places if some are in they way to Deosai?

Thanks Farooq bhai, I viewed some videos on youtube and did some rnd and came to know that Jaglot to Skardu is of 4 hours drive with normal speed as 80% road work is done. i am not sure about this...yes we will reach at skardu 2nd day and will stay night there...after this we will have 2 full days only. so in these 2 days what we should visit?

Three days before my cousin went from gilgit airport to sakurdu city in 8 hours by road

i don't think bike will be safe for non-locals.

You should better shift your plan to hunza bcoz with 4 days in hand 2.5 days almost will be spent in travelling. Furst of all dasu chillas portion will take a lot of time .secondlyJaglot skardu will take 8-9 hrs ...most of the work is done but there are frequent landslides and blockades due to work being done.my cousin teavelled to skardu the day before yesrerday it took 8.5 hrs. 4 days plan to skardu will be a PIA (pain in a$$)
Remove deosai from you trip its a full day trip and will be a hectic one

Phir bhi agar himmat kr rahe hain to one whole day for shangrilla ,upper kachura and soq (suv needdd),2nd full day for skardu deosai skardu. On the way to deosai you cam viait sadpara lake/dam
Weather will be good but on the safe side keep one upper or light jacket.

I will discuss with tour fellows about the days and may be change plan to Hunza but still we need to use Naran to Chillas via babusar top...
