K10b is a modern 3 cyl engine where as k10A is four cylinder engine with different bore size and compression apart from there names there is nothing that matches.

Kept it for two years tried to repair the engine but failed due to un availability of parts, still the engine runs fine with white spoke on. Lolz. Swapped K10A in to my sister's Alto.

The only issue is stability cuz keeping this beast on 140 kph would feel as if this thing will flyoff...
Very interesting project.. Eyeing to the 0-100kph video..

No plan of smoking any one, car will be used as a daily driven car with 35KM of daily usage.

I have checked the car till 160 on Karachi Expressway car was stable and had good road grip even on the curves.

Had to remove the air filter box as the bonnet was not closing.

Upgraded radiator to support ATF fluid.

Bro jisko ap grip kehrahay ho na, that's not grip ajao mere sath 170kph cutting and stability check kartay hain..
I've done this many times, throwing in a big powerful engine in light weight chasis... But I've come to the conclusion that chasis should at least be that heavy to support at least 300 horses if you're adding 400 in it..
But if it's not handling 100horses then throwing in a 200horses is very dangerous.

You can use Suzuki liana wiring computer and intake manifold, bonnet bhi nai lagega and maf se jaan chuth jaegi usmein just map sensor hai placed on intake manifold so you can take a pipe according to Bonnet gap and then add the filter where more space is made for intake filter.

Bro no body does 170KM and start doing cuttings in a normal passenger car. This is not a formula car. I meant to say the car is stable even at 160KPH.

Fuel tank was fully rusted had to clean the fuel tank and fuel pump was replaced also injectors were cleaned as well.

Ek cheez phoochni hai Liana me fuel ki return line hoti hai aur swift me nhe hoti kyun k ecu fuel flow control krta hai. To kia liana ki wiring me return wali fuel line lagana zaroori hai ya return less system bhi chal jai ga.

Gari ka phela average around 12KM/L aya hai jis me gari AC pe chali khari bhi rahi aur kafi bhagai bhi gaye traffic me bhi phassi. Abhe filhal gari returnless system pe hai.

Proper wiring was done which includes complete obd 2 wiring with obd 2 data logging. Gear changes are smooth and car shows no CEL on scanner and on the meter.

Any one who mods thier car make sure to have the wiring installed by professional not local electricians who usually just starts the car and jumps check light with battery and say alterations me to jhatkey aatey hai. My car has no vibrations and is smooth as new cars.

Apart from electrician in such modification also do not cut your budget on mounting. This setup was mounted by Asif who is very popular in Karachi and I must say he has done a wonderful job where ever I go people usually are awe struck just by looking at his work.

Ecu koi fuel flow nai control karta.
Uskay fuel pump kay sath return lagi hoti hai waheen pe uska fpr laga hua hota.. Agar fuel pump wapsi wala hai swift wala to phir to single pe theek hai return ki zarurat nai.. But if there's no return near the fuel pump then liana wali rail laga lou wapsi wali.
