Okay for people those are not aware of a sleeper, it is a car that is completely stock in aesthetics, for example a body kit or paint job but these machines are highly modified from suspensions, brakes, exhaust, to obviously the engine. So to the observers these vehicles appear quite docile but in reality they are wolves in sheep’s clothing. This trend is quite common here in North America but I have not seen any sleepers from Pakistan. The trend in Pakistan is still to have loud decals, eye popping paint jobs, huge wings that don’t do anything, but when it comes to the engine, suspension, brakes, or exhaust not much is done. It could be mostly due to the fact that this difference literally separates the boys from the men. Not only to you need huge amounts of funds to modify mechanically, you also need that level of maturity to see what automotive pleasure is all about. Simply you need to be a gear head.
So I wanted to start this thread here where I will be posting some pics of some deadly sleepers and wish to see some pics posted by the readers as well. It might be quite clear that these are the cars that I love to see, cars that don’t scream “look at me I am fast” but the ones that shut them up when push comes to shove.
That is a 2002 Lexus IS 430
the mods were simply too much too list but I am sure that you guys get the drift now. The car looks completely stock from the outside besides the rims and the paint which is not factory...But it has a GS 430 engine, supra 6 speed transmission so on and so forth.
