Mira ES 2013, Insanely low 6km/L average

Hi, just bought a Mira ES 2013 L variant (ODO: 68k) from showroom in Karachi, very good condition, drives fine and everything. My first day with it today, drove it only 15km this morning nothing more. After I parked it at the office, the digital screen showed me 6km/L average. WTF? What about the maintenance cost of swift. Like as compared to cultus and alto, is swift maintenance cost very high or comparable.
Mileage is not a big issue for me as my running is very low

I have not owned a swift personally but I do believe that the maintenance cost is normal compared to other cars. You can search further on the Swift forum and ask actual owners.

Cultus ags if you want economy but be wary of its ags maintenance.
Picanto auto is a fuel guzzler, manual still ok but not as good as the above.

says who? if you don't know how to maintain one then definitely it's not. we have one its around 130k driven, avg on long is around 17 18 and locally around 14.
i change plugs at every 2nd oil change, use fully synthetic 5-30 havoline & replace filters regularly. That's all.
plus the vehicle is very well powered, not an ordinary 50hp 660cc which die when the ac is turned on
