I need some good advise for second car for home usage, kids school and other household stuff.

Alto or wagon r might be the good options. Local alto is good on fuel while wagon r known for good AC performance and better power than alto. Parts and servicing is also easy. I’m using Wagonr personally but I prefer alto comfort and fuel economy.

Local Alto is a nice option but it's build quality isn't that good. Mira is also a good option if you can find a clean car that isn't scrapped. If fuel average isn't that big of an issue then you can buy a Mini Pajero which has superb AC imo. Pakistani wagon r looks a bit ugly but so do all other smaller segment kei cars. 2 door Mira also has nice AC as well.
