First of all.
replace all the rubber bushes, rack bushes, front shocker mounts, and the inner & outer axles.
after that inspect if your GATRI is ok and body has no visible cracks. if there are any get them repaired.
Check the mukki also. if it needs repair then do it.
(the tick tick sound will go away, and the steering will be soft).
After that get your car brakes inspected. the vibration is because the pins of brake calipers is gone. repair them and get the disc turn. replace the brake shoes as well. the wheel spindle will be opened at that time inspect the bearing also and replace them if required.
The clutch plates and pressure plates might be gone. ask your mechanic to inspect them. if it needs the replacement do it and replace both at once to save labor cost.
