Smart Card Lost - What do do?

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well.

My father lost his wallet today, which had important documents such as our car's Smart Card. If in case, we fail to find it, what's the best way forward?

• Should I get a duplicate one? Although it will lower the market value.
• The second option is bribing someone to make an original card (our country sucks and there's no other way to go around it? The guy's asking for 35k, but I am afraid he'll give me a duplicate without duplicate written on the card but on the backend, for example, online verification platforms, the duplicate will show. So, I don't want to get cheated on nor cheat a potential buyer.
• The third option is, since the car is in my father's name, can I transfer it to my name and get an original card in my name? In case I sell the car, will they only ask for my smart card, or the smart cards of previous owners too? e.g. my father and the person we bought it from?

Matlab agay jo bhi khariday ga, sab ko duplicate hi card milay ga? Original nahi?

Aur agar original mila ga to kya us se gari ki value wapas normal ho jaye gi ya hamesha 1, 1.5 lakh kam hi rahay hi market value se? For example, mai abu ka duplicate card banwaon, phir apnay naam transfer karun to kya value wapas normal ho gi, ya nahi?

a new smart card is made. in this case duplicate would be mentioned
gari 10 dafa b transfer howi, duplicate would be mentioned

if original is found.it would be totally useless
back when car books use to work.someone took his original book as he found it..they crossed his original book and asked him to stick to duplicate one.its stupid but thats how it works

car value say ziada very few people buy such cars unfortunately and those who do give low ball offers
