I am using this forum to share and get advice from the concerned on the following.
I have developed an interest to establish an agri. based business , small scale, mainly to earn an extra passive income that may mature overtime. For this purpose i am looking to purchase a reasonable priced agri. land that have easy road access and is near my home, i,e, Westridge, Rawalpindi.
I have evaluated the option to lease the land but it makes more sense to purchase a land without any problems and litigations because if my agri. business does not generate the desired income, the land would still hold its value and , perhaps, can also be sold off if needed.
The size if require is anything between 20 - 35 kanals. The reason is mainly the fact that it will be easy to manage and also cost effective.
The major requirements are :
1. ease of access through road and not through narrow roads of villages;
2. should be within 25 minutes drive from my home.
I am open to suggestions and advice including any info. on the market prices of any specific areas.
