Software Problem in stereo System

Can you please help me to identify the name of this stereo system. as I m facing a problem that my display has been gone, but all the other things are working perfectly fine. like DVD is playing even touch is working. When i reverse the car back camera is showing on the screen, I have checked this with Toyota, they said, software issues. Is there anyone who could help me to find the software of this model.

but Toyota walton do not have any upgrade software for it, I have asked them, they dont have it.
